We invited lecturer Mona Kaveh Ahangari, who is from Tehran, Iran. She has been learning to play Daf drums (Daf) from famous Iranian music teachers since 2009. She started his career as a Daf drum player in 2012. In December 2013, she received the Daf drum player promotion certificate issued by the Rudaki Culture and Art Foundation. In 2017, she officially became a member of the Iranian Music Association. Lecturer Mona has collaborated with many orchestras, including "Nasout Music Ensemble", "Daf Navazane JAM Orchestra", "Iranian Orchestra for New Music", "Tehran Inter-Orchestra", "MojeNo Orchestra", etc., and has performed in many international music Performances during the festival. In 2016, he co-founded the musical group "Barin Ensemble" with a group of friends, and has held several special performances in Tehran and actively participated in performance activities. She currently lives in Taiwan and is active in her performing and teaching career. During the workshop, the lecturer taught the unique features of Iranian music and taught several ways of playing the Daf drum to the students who signed up this activity. During the activity, the lecturer had a lively interaction with the students, and the response was very enthusiastic.
